Music has a way of capturing, and expressing, love like nothing else, and Spark is thrilled to share with you these stories inspired by songs. Classic rock, country, pop…whatever your preferred genre, we’ve got something that’ll have you crooning.

From the gentle trill of flirty beginnings to a crescendo of mature love in need of a romantic gesture, we hope the melody of these stories has you swaying, at least, if not dancing to the music.

And because we were so inspired, we’re giving you two staff features—a little bit country and a little bit Swedish pop. Toss in feature author Bethany Turner’s suck-you-right-in story that turns a soft rock classic on its head, and you have a trifecta of musical romance.
